SURVEY: The Fate Of A Centaur King.

Hey guys, I was very prevailed to be sent a copy of Space Cadet #2 early last week.  Since my initial going over it, I have leafed through the book many, many times.  (It's really something else.)  I have a full review, with lots of insights into the comic coming tomorrow.  Tonight though, I want to talk about one particular part of the book, the afterward entitled "A Little Context" written by Patrick Fillion. In it he explains that a lot of people had issues with the story line of the first Space Cadet.  This isn't exactly breaking news.  It was being reminded of that again, right after finishing the new story, that drove it all home a bit more...cause I am very sad to say, Strider and Vallan, do not do much at all in this second volume of the Space Cadet Saga.  We all knew that their appearance in this book would be lessened.   The afterward though, left me wondering how much hate there was for these wonderful characters, to make Patrick and Fraser kick them to the side like this?  Why did I think that?  Well the first sentence in "A little context" mentions hate.  And their lack of being there, got me associating that hate with not just the story, but the characters as well.  It breaks my heart immensely to think that there was so much hate for them, because the first book was one of the influential comics to come out of Class Comics for me.  As you guys are well aware, my entire stable of Centaurs spawned from the forbidden/taboo love between Strider and Space Cadet.  The story had a prorogued effect on me, that has lasted for years.  I was not expecting that to happen at all when I started to read it!

On this site so many of the posts featuring centaurs, especially those featuring Space Cadet and Strider routinely make it into the weekly top ten spots time and again.  They have a tenancy to sneak back in long after their initial posting.  So I always figured fans at least liked these characters very much, even if they were not fans of placing Space Cadet in this setting.  I find the disdain for Cadet among mythological creatures odd, because Cadet has always been flexible.  He appears in a variety of situations in his pin ups and comics.  Though, he is usually at home fighting crime in the city, he seems like the kind of character that can go anywhere, like any true space adventurer.  (Much like someone from Star Trek.)

While Patrick assures us that Strider and Vallan will not be forgotten, I couldn't help but have a rush of different emotions pertaining to their ultimate fate hit me.  On top of giving my two cents (Which let's face it I have done for 4 years!) I thought, let's make a way to get fans to speak up on their thoughts of the current characters. So on Friday, I made up my mind to ask a couple artists in helping me set up this blog and I did a survey to get your opinion on the current Space Cadet Situation, the Fate of the Centaur King.   Please feel free to fill out the survey below and tell me what you think of the current Cadet situation!

A huge thank you to FallenAngel and Gene Lightfoot, who went above and beyond to draw these images so quickly.  As well a huge thank you to Zerimar, who helped with the text and Lastmanouthere and  Yelmo for great survey site recommendations.

Christmas In July! Aneros's Furry Birthday

God, I am so horny today you guys!  I have been on a strenuous diet for 3 weeks now and I think my body is finally getting used to it.  All the energy that was drained from me for weeks, is finally rushing back and I don't know what to do with myself.  I tell you, looking over all the pieces I could post is not helping the situation! XD  Okay hands planted firmly on the keyboard...concentrate...
I decided to post two funky hunky images that I commissioned for Aneros birthday this year.  My dear friend got a bit of Christmas in June, when Sirio and Caravaggia chose his red nosed reindeer hunk as their subject. The girls worked really hard to create the perfect furry hunk for his special day. I was super freaking impressed with the work the showed me from the get go. I loved Sirios initial response to the character. She was smitten with the idea of doing him! It shows in every line!  Caravaggia was a delight to work with on this as well.  Caravaggia and I had some horny issues near the end though, cause her Rudolph man was just too much of a distraction, that a couple of minor details became lost in the process. The snowman that he is sitting on is a tribute to Aneros strip featuring Frosty the Snowman, which he did a few years back.  Happy Birthday again Mr. Aneros.

Check out those tight hairy balls! I'm gonna lose it... XD

You can see Aneros's original picture of this furry muscle flexer in my post here:

Christmas themed, or not, we welcome hunky men any time of the year in Dionsaur Prince's Kingdom! :P

Reptile Man Hunk Pre-cum Play By Gene Lightfoot

Hello Guys!  It's Saturday morning and that means it's the perfect time for Reptile men like Kraw Lash here to get out of bed, lay down on the rocks and absorb the heat of the morning sun.  There is nothing like having breakfast doing a little exercise and then just relaxing on the rocks for his kind.  Like any young man finding himself alone and naked, his thoughts soon turn to his nether regions.  As his body is fueled by the heat, Kraw's loins are filled with ragging passion.  His dick soon stands tall and proud, getting harder and pulsating more and more as he continues to absorb energy from the sun.   He looks proudly at it and the long shadow it casts across his abs. Kraw Lash uses his tail to prop his hips up even higher, so that his dick head is aligned perfectly with the sun in his point of view.  Pre-cum starts to bubble out of the tip of his foreskin.  He flexes his shaft, swaying it to and fro.  As he does this, he feels the foreskin stretch and slide halfway down his big pink head.  As it retracts, a pool of pre-cum cascades down his shaft.  It's sweet scent fills the air.  He dips his fingers in and tastes the clear treat over and over.  His balls grow to twice the size as they fill with semen.
His young male body is now perfectly primed for a long mating session.  Kraw Lash has a choice now: he can give into temptation and jerk off several times, or he can lie in the sun, absorbing more and more energy, waiting for a potential mate to be lured by his scent.  He chooses to ignore the ache in his balls for now and wait.  If there is one thing reptiles are good at, it's laying in wait....

This summer mornings beautiful piece was drawn by Gene Lightfoot.  The fist time he has draw Kraw Lash and it is a sight to behold indeed. Now if only I could find the desert that Kraw is lounging about in, this would be a perfect day. :P

Dinosaur Prince And The Earth Orb

Dinosaur Prince is far more then a simply ruler of reptiles.  He is the son of the Earths guardian spirit and inheritor of the Earth Orb, a magical device said to be as old as the planet itself.  In his hands it has seemingly limitless powers over the forces of nature.  Only the purest of heart can wield it properly, but despite this many seek it.  For with it's power the Earth would be theirs to rule for eternity.  Luckily for all on the planet, the Dinosaur Prince's power flows from within and is not totally reliant on the artifact.  His saga through the ages and into the far future is one I wish to be able to tell one day in comic form.  For now at I this beautifully dreamy image by FallenAngel to share.  A promo if you will, of things to come in the future.  Thanks so much Fallen for doing such a super job on this!

Thoughts on Flintstones Bring Back Bedrock App

Hey guys.  On Friday night I came across a Flintstones app store game in the vein of Simpsons Tapped Out and Family Guy Quest For Stuff.  I guess it was only a matter of time before someone made a time sinker using the modern stone-age family.  This one has come out in May with no fanfare whatsoever. Even the developers site only has a support page for it.  I haven't seen any online reviews, or anything for it either.  Since I am a big fan of the show I decided to share my thoughts on it after playing for a couple of days.

The game starts off with this really nice title screen.  The background image is actual in game art, so you can see the quality is really high right from the start.  I wouldn't know that until 4 hours after downloading the game though, as it wouldn't connect to the server and I couldn't play for that long.  Let me state right here and now, that I FUCKING hate any game maker that feels their title needs to be connected to the net constantly. This goes for Family Guy and Simpsons too.  There is no need for this thing to be connected to the net. Everything is self contained in game.  A company named Ludia created this title. One of the first games I got for the ipod was Popeye Slots. It came out in 2012. I can no longer play Popeye, because Ludia has already taken it off their servers.  Not much of a shelf life!  That doesn't bode well for the Flintstones, especially considering no one knows this thing exists at the moment.

Like all these games, something has to happen to the town to destroy it, so you can start rebuilding.  With the Smurfs it was a devastating attack by Gargamel.  With Family Guy Peter and the Giant Chicken fought way too much once again.  Both of those fit into the theme of the series.  The Flinstones uses the falling of meteors to clear out the town.  (Though one can only imagine the death toll this would actually cause!!)  It fits and gives you something interesting to clean up as well.

Everyone but Fred decides to abandon Bedrock at this point. It's kind of depressing how quickly they all give up hope on their beloved town.  Gotta really admire Freddy here.  Wilma decides to take Pebbles and go live with an old 'friend.'  What a bitch!!! She shows no sympathy towards Fred at all.  I guess I should note that she is the first one to come back, but still!!! BITCH!

So you start with just Fred, who's ready to take on rebuilding the whole town.  First he gets a message via telepathy from Mr. Slate, who must, be on vacation, cause he has no idea why Fred hasn't shown up for work for 2 weeks. It's also odd that Fred hasn't really done anything for two weeks.  Hmm...anyway, despite the plight of the town, Mr. Slate is still a dick. He hasn't shown up since and I don't see him as an unlockable either. Maybe he went nuts and after two weeks, he used his last lingering bit of sanity to yell at Flintstone.  Yeah I am thinking way too deeply into this, I know. :P

So you fix up your cave and you unlock more stuff to place and all that jazz.

You get money and your maximum wage goes up.  (Whatever that that means.)  All par for the course with these kinds of games.  Can you tell GOLD is the premium currency?  Hoo boy, more on that later.

Wilma comes running back and demands you build the grocery store.  Good to see we are keeping with the times here Ludia.  Oh well, it fits the shows characters, so I won't complain.  Would be nice if Wilma could get her catering job, or her job as a reporter at the Daily Granite along with the domestic housewife duties.  I doubt the people that made the game even know anything about her past jobs.

So you build it and I must say, they have some really well done construction animations.

For some reason George Jetson, or his early ancestor is running the place. That's just bizarre character designing right there.  Also notice the drop in quality from stock image of Fred to original art of NPC.

I'll give the game credit in that unlike other titles, most of the stuff you place is interactive with the characters.  Build the table and Fred and Wilma can have a romantic dinner together.  Build the shower and Fred will jump in and scrub-a-dub-dub away!  He even sings a bit.

The problem?  The voice acting.  While the guys doing Fred and Barney do an admirable job, Wilma is a total loss.  They couldn't get Tress McNiel in on this?  Doesn't that woman do like any job handed to her?  She did a great job in Flinstones on the Rocks.  The woman here isn't even trying to sound like Wilma.  Makes me cringe every time I hear here.  The other thing is, the characters don't really talk to each other during their tasks.  They sputter out mumbo jumbo and baby talk for some reason.  I have no idea why this was done.  Maybe so we wouldn't have to hear the same shit over and over.  It's pretty stupid though.

They added a ton of animals that perform tasks around the house as well.  Most of those are affordable through in game currency as well.  A nice plus. Like the decorations, many are interactive with the cast.  Those that are not, at least perform a task and have animation and sometimes even dialogue.

The mammoth sprinkler system will water the lawn and get rid of dry patches.  Dry patches often contain premium currency.

Look out for this mother fucker.  The shysters over at Ludia included this to steal your gold nuggets.  Unlocking this bag will result in you getting crap.  Bastards.  There is a version that  you don't need gold to unlock.  He smiles.  Avoid this frowny fuck completely.  He will appear constantly on your map and in your home.  They really wanted to screw people over with this shit.

Let's talk about the gold a bit.  I have no problem spending a little cash on a game I like. I have to say, online connection and questionable voice acting aside, the game feels like a lot of effort was put into it. The art is fantastic and the tasks fit the show very well.  But the cost of premium stuff has all but turned me off of this game. Let's face it, the main audience that is gonna be attracted to this game is kids. I am sure a lot of older fans will be playing it too, but I doubt we will make up the majority here.  Well, I mean, I would have thought that till I saw the prices.  Even if you want to buy a couple items, you are looking to spend about $25.  Going through the many menus I found there are already dozens of premium items you can purchase.   No kid is going to have the kind of disposable income capable of purchasing all the stuff on display here. Hell, I don't have that kind of money!  And it get's worse...

Baby Puss, the only in shop character you can buy costs a whopping 9,001 and one gold.  They just had to add that one at the end?  9000 wasn't enough already?
To get Baby Puss you would either have to play the game for years, or buy about $100 worth of gold from the store.  Are they out of their rock picking minds?????  Please keep in mind that since the game is tied to an online server, you do not at any time own anything you purchase.  The second the game goes down, all will be lost.

My conclusion is that, this game has some neat concepts and great animation for these timeless characters, but it's ruined by greedy devs that want to milk you for all you got.   Since it isn't popular I fear they will take the game down while we are still enjoying it.  Just play it without purchasing anything and you should be fine though.

Next up porn! :P

Hot Hung Hefty Lets It Hang

Happy Canada Day everyone. I'm starting to feel a bit better, so I decided to post up more sexy Smurfs! Todays blue boys come courtesy of Genelightfoot, who created this big, buff Hefty Smurf for me last month. I always thought it was funny and a bit sad that he works out all the time, but is stuck with the same body as every other Smurf. Genelightfoot provided Hefty with the perfect muscle laden body he always wanted. Damn!  Heft is ready for the cover of muscle-Smurf magazine. Of course we went with making him more human looking then the cartoon.  The tilted hat was a nice touch to show off the rumored fact that Smurfs are bald.  Coupled with the large chiseled jaw, they give Hefty a bit of a tough guy appearance.  Hope you guys are as enchanted with it as I am!

In unbeknownst to me this wasn't Genelightfoots first Smurf!  Under his Skyboy16 name on Deviantart, Gene has posted a couple takes on Vanity Smurf.  They must be very popular, cause they came up right away when I did a google image search for Vanity Smurf!  Funny enough, back when I started Smurf Village I thought of a comic between these two characters. this sign to move forward with that idea? ;D  Here is his second take on Vanity.  He's got a sweet swimmers build.  I think he is showing his ass of to Hefty to tempt him! ;P hee hee.

You can check out the original posting and hunt for the other Smurf image on Gene's Deviantart page by clicking here!

I'm still playing Smurfs Village.  My village was featured about a month, or so ago.  I am finding it a bit boring as of late though. They added a cool looking Star Gazer tower that causes a meteor shower, which is nice.  They also added a new constellation statue.  To unlock it, you have to gather stars and place them on a picture of the constellation. It's pretty funny that you have to place the final star right in the Scorpio Smurfs ass.  Tell me that wasn't done on purpose.
Oh baby, Smurf it to me, right in the ass!
