First Vann Illia post of 2015! He's ready for a year of adventure, sex and most importantly treasure! FallenAngel has him all classic barbarian novel cover style here. 4 beautiful Astasia666 Paintings!

Happy Canada day hosers! :P I have some great art to add to the celebration. It's my 4 new commission from Astasia666! She has once again created 4 immaculate little paintings. 3 are from the world of Vann. What I love about all of them is the style. I think after spending a lot of time gathering images from old books on prehistory, I came to realize even more how much they echo so well many of the great illustrated books of the past. It is a style you do not see much today and it is so great to see Astasisa666 preserving it. Let's take a peek into the little windows into the strange and wonderful worlds she creates! :D To start off, here is Lerhoo hiding in the tall grasses:

Lerhoo looks so perfectly placed in a Savannah. The tall grass blowing in the wind seem to have been brushing against him and are really turning him on! All alone, deep in the field, with nothing but birds and mountains in the distance, Lerhoo can spend some time in quiet solitude. He can, that is, after he enjoys a little self induced pleasure. I wonder if Lerhoo would use such a field as this to hide in and wait for unsuspecting young men to wonder through? Hmmmm...

There is a storm brewing in both the world and heart of Equinnus. The brave centaur raises an arrow up and focuses his gaze upwards, as if in defiance of the heavens themselves. Astasia666 really knows how to create an atmosphere of adventure. Love the darker clouds that hang low in the sky and the wind whipping through the dark grasses and the gay centaurs legs. I was very impressed on just how wild and detailed his hair was. A truly wild piece!

When I got to see Kraw Lash up close, I found him to be most breathtaking! The shading around his face and horns gives off an almost 3D effect. He just kinda pops out from the page! The details on his eyes are exquisite. There is a special beauty in his long smooth horns. The clouds above him add to the ancient feel of the character. I wonder if Kraw Lash is getting ready to face off against the same sky born enemy as Equinnus?


Last is Philip and Syrena from Pirates of the Caribbean 4, enjoying a romantic swim together. ^_^ Syrena's has been given skin like a China doll and a body that reminds me of classical paintings depicting mermaids. Innocent Philip's eyes are hopelessly locked on his love. Good thing she truly cares about him. He may drown otherwise. :P Philip is really handsome. I appreciate the low fitting pants and super smooth back.

Hindered Mermaid Rescue by Jubell!

Hentai Ahoy! Todays first post features some really beautiful art from the always fun artist Jubell. Poor Philip! His heroic rescue attempt is not being made easy. Syrena noticed a slight bulge in Philips pants when he came to her aid. So she has commanded her ocean friends to help her get to the source of the protrusion in her face. It's hard to cut ropes, or just stay virtuous while someone is nuzzling at your thick uncut dick! :P

I really enjoyed seeing Jubell take on these movie characters. It's always fun to see Jubell to caricatures of famous stars. He certainly didn't disappoint here. Philip and Syrena both look as sexy they should. :D The hair on both is spot on! And I love that 5 o'clock shadow on Philips handsome mug. So fitting! He's so hot. :P Jubell told me how he loved to draw mermaids. It shows in every line and scale on Syrena. She'd stunning. Just check out the magnificent translucent tail! Jubell also came up with the idea for using ocean animals like crabs to help 'aid' Syrena. Always great when the artist expands on an idea in such a mischievous way! :P

Not only did Jubell spend a lot of time on the two stars, a ton of effort was put on the background to give it just the right setting and feel. I was given a full explanation of the plan for it. It was really interesting to read and even cooler to watch come to life. There is nothing like a cloudy morning by the sea. I can get lost in the clouds and waves and feel like I am really there. Ah, I smell the salty sea air! Excellent setting Jubell!

Hard Gay Pop-Up Pirates

I was going to include in Fallen into Stranger Tides post a little feature on my Pop-Up Pirates Jack Sparrow Edition. I thought it was was pretty unique when I found it years ago. Since it's locked up in storage at the moment, I went online to find some images. In the process I came across something even stranger. There's a Hard Gay Version of the game out there as well. The whole thing is based on a Japanese pun revolving around the name of comedian Masaki Sumitani's character Hard Gay. It's fun when you find something even more interesting then what you originally intended to post about. :P

This guy used to be a professional wrestler and it shows in the way he carries himself here. He's pretty hot. Sadly it turned out he was not at all gay. (Not that surprising after seeing him in action.) I hear this caused some controversies in Japan.

This is the Jack Sparrow Pop-Up Pirates game. It's pretty small. I used to keep it on my desk at work. People would play with it every so often. It's still in mint condition with the box. I can't imagine me ever selling it though. If I had to make a choice between this and the Hard Gay version, I would still pick Jack.:)

Fallen into Stranger Tides

On my birthday I was taken to See Pirates of the Caribbean On Stranger Tides. Uh oh! It featured another Disney mermaid romance! You know that's gonna hit a cord with me! Of course I couldn't help but fall for sweet Philip Swift. (Is it wrong to love a missionary?) Since I saw the movie I have been cooking up some ideas for the blog. The first two have just been finished by FallenAngel! Enjoy guys and girls!

Pirate Ship Higemau Momotaro made Sexy

Many moons ago I discovered a Capcom game called Pirate Ship Higemau. It's a total gem of a game that is similar to Pengo by Sega. Even though the game had not come to North America in the 80s, it was readily available on Mame for years. I only got a chance to play it when I bought the Capcom Classics collection for PSP and PS2. I highly recommend these collections. Hegemau is one of the more delightful old school titles to be found on the discs. If you have ever played Goof Troop on the SNES, then you have played a version of this game. (Goof Troop borrows so heavily from the game and it's NES sequel, I don't doubt Goof Troop was meant to be the third Pirate ship game at one point.)

Two weeks ago I discovered the game had an NES adventure sequel. It was Capcoms first sequel ever and while it plays very much like the arcade game it borrows heavily from titles like Zelda. Momotaro the sailor is seeking a great treasure and you have to sail all over the world on your quest to obtain it. Like Zelda Wind Waker (though years ahead of it) it features a lot of sailing and some very ambiguous puzzles. Thankfully there are guides and I beat the game in a little over a day. (Thank you speed up options in emulators.) Guess what? The cast from Ghosts N Ghouls is in it!!! The final boss is the red demon! It's ending is pretty funny.
After I totally beat the NES game of Pirate Ship. I wanted to reward myself with some commissions of the characters. I contacted a few people including Crey who is working on him as I type this. Since the character is relatively unknown and I want to start giving him some props. I often wondered what he would look like if Capcon continued to develop him and used him in fighting games.

So this is what I have to show today and there are some different version for the blog too. FallenAngel was first at bat and having actually played the games he brought with him a ton of admiration to the character. He thew in the entire cast and mimicked the drawing style and coloring techniques of the old promotional art perfectly. So here he is for all to enjoy:

Street Fighters Dee Jay, a surprise from Adonix

Hey guys! Just a quick blog today. Last night Adonix wanted to draw something for the fun of it, so I randomly suggested Dee Jay from Street Fighter. Well, not so random, we had talked about our love of this guy in the past. Hey anyone that can kick Ryus ass and then proceed to have a maraca party after RIGHT afterward is awesome in my books. Dee Jay was one of my favorite characters and I am happy they brought him back. (I like the upbeat ones alright? XD)

Ren by Rainbowboys Raul! Must be Pirate week.. XD

Hey guys! Got something really special to share today. My third commission from the legendary fantasy artist Chicourano of the Rainbowboys blog site and Deviantart. You guys are gonna love this masterpiece! It's such a thrill to be able to present this at last!

This commission started around the time Rikuo was done. RG was very hungry to get into another erotic male character and so was I! XD I wanted to present him a character that I really loved from long ago and one that doesn't always get a lot of exposure in erotic art. The character I presented to him was Ren from the series Pirates of Dark Water.
RG really loved doing this guy, cause in his own words, the character has a very Elfish look to him. I think Ren caught my eye when I was kid cause he was one of the first character that to me was certainly not white, but had beautiful blond hair. It was a mix I had never seen before. I have a thing for olive skinned men. I wonder if Ren was the start of that? Nah... :P I think when I was kid I thought he was Indian, or something, which made me route for him even more. :P Well, whatever my conception of him was, it fueled many fantasies for a long time.

After getting the okay on Ren as the subject matter, I sent RG an idea to work with. Now, RG loves to spoil me! He sent me too gorgeous images of Ren.
I remember I had a really bad day at work. Coming home to this made all the events of the day vanish to oblivion! Have a peek at the sample images he sent. Both masterpieces already at this stage.



Young Ren is more in tune with his design from the TV series. He is messing up the deck!!!! This was not an easy choice....

One thing to note is how very creative he while doing the lines around various parts of the body. On the outer areas near where the light is hitting Ren, the lines are fainter and close to his skin colour. This gives him a soft inviting look. Cuddly even! XD
Now in the areas he really wanted to get your attention to right away, the lines are darker, or thicker, such as the chest. The thickest lines are here showing size, strength and the weight. They are the most built part of his body and he did a great job emphasizing this with this technique. The nipples have very sexy sharp lines, making them kinda tender looking.
Rens eyes on the other hand have the darkest lines on the image. You meet Rens Gaze before anything else on him. The penis has a great mix of line types, drawing your eyes instantly to the balls, then forcing your eyes to move down the shaft slowly to that massive members purple head. Over emphasizing the cocks power and beauty and solidifying it as the most sensual part of the image. This is all genius folks!

A Tale of Two Sinbads

Sinbad is so underrated. It was a such a great movie. The relationship between him and Proteus definitely hinted that there was more then just feeling of friendship involved! Proteus gave him more then a few casual looks! Pairing them seems very natural, but alas you don't see it ever. So after asking Ink-B to do Kale, I decided to ask some artists to take them on as well. Here is Urbanmusiqs amazing new piece! He did two variations of this! I hope you guys love it as much as I do!

I have to say that Proteuses face is DREAMY!!! WAI! What eyes and his mouth makes me steam. Mmmmm I want to kneel in front of him! He has been given nice flowing hair, especially the detail above the ear. One of my favorite parts is how Urbanmusiq made Proteuses chest stand out. Notice the extra line coming up between his pecks. Makes it look very built, gives it a sense of motion of the muscles and makes him looking very I can't put this right, but I would say bouncy for lack of a better word. Like he has nice full compact pecks. Great for fucking! LOL. He is Sinbads perfect bitch boy now!

He looks much better in that kind of costume cause you get a real feel for his bodies handsome shape, like his nice shoulders :) I love his arms sticking out of his shirt like that. The fantastic shading on Proteus's muscles on his arms combined with the costumes tightness makes it look like he is not wearing anything. I had to take a double take. I really like the details in the shading like the shadow beneath Proteuses head on his neck. That looks cool. :) Proteuses dick is wild! Nice and thick and the head and the pink area below the shaft looks so tender! I just want to lick it up!!! XD

Some of you might be wondering where this Sinbad image came from and where a more familiar image is. Ah, in a perfect world all commissions would go smoothly, or at least better then this process went. I guess I have to tell the story behind todays great image. I commissioned the artist Ienzo to do a picture of Sinbad and Proteus, the same one as above. He was very inquisitive about what I wanted. And as much as I do like these questions, I soon realized that as I explained the image in more and more detail, similar questions kept coming and that based on past experiences I assumed troubled waters may loom ahead.

Guys I gotta say, if you are curious about what a commissioner wants, all you have to do is sketch out a couple sample stick man style poses. And don't rely on the NOTE and PM system. Use MSN, Yahoo, AIM, or e-mail. These are the best forms of communication. In the end I did this. I sent out a stick man sketch to show what was desired. He got it. The pose was not a problem at all.

The artist said it was most important to get the image right and as I wanted it. I do not doubt this was his intention. Sadly it's a very hard to do this when you don't send your customer previews, or sketches and just post a final disastrous image up on Y! Gallery without the costumers consent, or at least allowing them to view it in private first.

I am gonna say something, nothing takes the fun and excitement out of an image as this action. In doing so, you remove the customer from the greatest thrill, the unveiling. In essence you give away the image to world at large, removing a sense of ownership and pride from you commissioner client. This is by far one of the biggest mistakes an artist can do. These sites are not paying for this art, the customer is. I have always said this. And online posting should always be secondary. It's just common courtesy. Maybe that comes off as a bit selfish, but at the same time, some people will not want their commissions up at all. So one has to prepare for that eventuality.

Now of course art is meant to be shared, but there is a time and place for these things and that is after you get the okay and both artist and the customer are happy with what has been accomplished. After all it is embarrassing for both artist and client when something goes up and then needs a major overhaul. Minor changes of course can always leer their ugly heads. XD




Proteus is looking good here. His leg is too close to his torso and his skin is too light. A line hanging from his lip should be taken out. Sinbad is the main problem...I gotta wonder why a smudge line at the top of his sword was left and even highlighted?

Sadly the image was not at all up to par with the art I saw littering Ienzo gallery. This was very upsetting. The colouring really paled in comparison to his other works and he needs to think about this and state it in his commission guidelines, that the customer cannot expect the level of attention he gives his personal pieces.

I won't sugar coat this, the first image has elements that were just terrible. Proteus was good, his leg was off and his was missing an aspect I had asked to see, but over all outside of his light skin, he was quite enjoyable. His face was cute and his hair was great. The cock is very well done as well.

The problem was Sinbad. The guy looked a fright. I was told he basically looked like the Zombie of a street bum. I mean, if you are gonna do sexy art for people, one would thing the artist should want to do is improve a characters physique. The chest and abs made him look very off. His chest is too small, his rib cage sticks out and his abs need definition. Features were added that I was not looking for as well such as the thick chest hair. Well I threw caution to the wind and sent my harsh critique to Ienzo. I figure this was it the end, the image was done and I had been left with something I was not happy with. A shame cause I really was excited about this pairing. I did ask for a change and Ienzo complied, after a lecture to me of course. So I did my best to guide the inspiring young artist on the right path. He was very receptive to my overly harsh critique. This was very heart warming at first.

Now right after getting the image and seeing it posted up, I discussed the art with great appall to Urbanmusiq. I pointed out what I didn't like and what I did and compared the fantastic art found within the artists gallery.
I even mentioned this being a very special pairing to me and how I had strong thoughts of getting someone else do to the image. With the image completed I figured this was a total wash. Just another missed opportunity and a good idea gone to hell. Well opportunity was knocking for Urban. He liked this pairing very much and felt I had been totally ripped off. So he graciously offered to redo the whole thing. I have never had anyone offer something so amazing before. (Then again I can count the amount of images I didn't like in the end, on one hand, with lots of fingers left over.)
So I said, 'sure why not?' I know Urbanmusiq would do a spectacular job. I hear that this is a common practice from artists as well.

Before I even had a response from Ienzo Leon was there with the completed Pencils and a magnificent image. I was very happy with what he delivered and okayed the completion of the image.

Soon after this the process with Ienzo continued. I never thought that he would actually try to improve the image. Usually at this point, completion, large changes are hard to do and very much frowned upon. I certainly understand that. But I thought the heck with it, I was left out of the process and felt I had wasted my money. Well he was good enough to fix it a bit. This definitely shows that he is learning and willing to meet his customers demands to a certain point. He could have easily told me to piss off. So kudos to him for that. And for that I can't say I wouldn't recommend him. I was fairly satisfied with the final result and we parted ways. Somethings never changed and I was left scratching my head as to why. My final e-mail went unanswered. Oh well...


The chest is smoother and the body while the same size has a nicer features to it. Sadly his body and face is still not very sexy. I think the chest could be bigger, the abs still need work, or should be removed. The lips on Sinbad are better placed and the skin tones are much nicer now. I do not hate this image, there is a lot to love and enjoy here too.


Today Urbanmusiq completed the image to my liking and did a fantastic job. He not only captured the characters he added to them. Building on their basic design and added elements to sex them up instead of adding a style that defeats the purpose of an image like this.

I guess the lesson here is if you dog your work, don't communicate and give a half hearted job, in the time when people feel all is lost they will turn to others. Especially those they already know will do the job with care.

I loved him from the first sketch you sent! Very nice take on him. It's so very close to my original design. Long necks and arms are fun, eh? :) You gave him such a soft and gentle look. Here's a surprise! I was the first one to Commission Ryld on the Y!gallery. How about that??? Well for an artist of his skills and gulp..prices...(Which I later learned were a lot less then his page write up lead me to believe. oops) I had to think of something really special. I had an idea of a playful image of Dimata and Smilo as pirates. The costumes were inspired by my very favorite Halloween special. Yeah..you guess it; Garfields Halloween Adventure. I still guilty watch it every year.

What magnificent costumes you gave them! I love this to death!!! Dimata looks very angry, but it fits the whole pirate image. I think I was going to go with playfull, but why the heck not?
